Unter dem Leitsatz «Moving Human Sciences» zeigt die Universität Luzern das Potenzial der Humanwissenschaften auf und treibt diese national und international voran. Die Fakultät für Gesundheitswissenschaften und Medizin fördert die Forschung und Lehre in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Medizin, Funktionsfähigkeit und Rehabilitation. **Professur für Interprofessional Primary Care (Open Rank)**:
Als Stelleninhaberin resp. Stelleninhaber sind Sie für die Entwicklung des Themenbereichs Versorgungsforschung in der interprofessionellen Grundversorgung zuständig. Wir erwarten von Ihnen die Entwicklung einer eigenständigen, langfristig orientierten und nachhaltigen Forschungsagenda mit inhaltlich innovativen Fragestellungen, die die Nutzung von neuen Datenquellen sowie bereits vorhandener Sekundärdaten aus dem Netzwerk unserer Partnerinstitutionen berücksichtigt. Ein Forschungsschwerpunkt soll in der Entwicklung, Pilotierung und Implementierung von neuen Tätigkeitsbereichen für zukünftige Gesundheitsfachberufe und integrierten Versorgungsmodellen liegen.
Die erfolgreichen Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten weisen ein Doktorat in Medizin, Pflegewissenschaften. Therapiewissenschaften, Public Health oder Gesundheitswissenschaften auf. Ihre wissenschaftliche Leistung auf internationalem Niveau in der Versorgungsforschung zeichnet sich insbesondere durch eine breite und fundierte Kompetenz in quantitativer und qualitativer Forschungsmethodik aus, welche durch einschlägige wissenschaftliche Publikationen und Dittmitteleinwerbung dokumentiert ist. Daneben erwarten wir von Ihnen die aktive Beteiligung in der Lehre und Nachwuchsförderung der Fakultät und die Entwicklung attraktiver Lehrangebote.
Wichtig für diese Position ist ein hohes Mass an Integrationsfähigkeit, Kooperationsbereitschaft, sowie Sinn für übergeordnete Ziele. Zudem ist die Fähigkeit und Freude an der Pflege von Aussenbeziehungen mit Stakeholdern aus dem Versorgungssystem sowie nationalen und internationalen Fachgesellschaften für diese Funktion essentiell. Die Fakultät für Gesundheitswissenschaften und Medizin versteht sich als interdisziplinär. Über die fachspezifischen Anforderungen hinaus sind deshalb Kompetenzen in interdisziplinärer Lehre und Forschung über alle Fachbereiche erwünscht. Erwartet werden die Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit und die Bereitschaft zur Mitgestaltung der weiteren Entwicklung der Fakultät.

Mit der Anstellung ist die Leitung oder Co-Leitung des Zentrums für Hausarztmedizin und Community Care (ZHAM&CC) an der Universität Luzern vorgesehen. Eine Praxistätigkeit neben der Anstellung an der Universität Luzern im Umfang von maximal 20% ist möglich.
Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau B2 des gemeinsamen europäischen Referenzrahmens für Sprachen müssen vorhanden sein.
