Crowne Plaza Geneva is seeking a Restaurant Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and lead the restaurant team effectively. This role requires a degree in Hospitality Management and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star hotel. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, while knowledge of additional languages is a plus. The ideal candidate is guest-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Enhance service quality and guest satisfaction in the restaurant
  • Manage restaurant team and oversee service operations
  • Coordinate between kitchen and dining room
  • Contribute to menu development and promotions
  • Monitor sales levels and implement strategies for improvement
  • Handle supplies, inventory, and orders
  • Establish and maintain SOP's
