We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to join our thriving Public Relations & Entertainment department for a 6-month internship.
Within the department, your mission will be to assist the team in the organization and planning of press and entertainment activities.
WHAT YOUR MISSION WILL BE?
According to the Marketing calendar, you will provide valuable support on the following topics:
Press:
- Assist the press team on the production, translation, and distribution of press material
- Coordinate with markets and internal departments for interview and shooting requests
- Bring logistical and operational support related to press attendance during HQ lead international events
Entertainment:
- Ensure the seamless presence of brand ambassadors at events, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and accommodations
- Assist in the 360 activations of the Made of Makers program
- Conduct research to identify potential partnership/ambassador opportunities and emerging trends in brand ambassador marketing
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (Master) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations and have experience in project management in public relations and a first experience in the luxury industry, fine watchmaking and high jewelry knowledge is a plus.
You are fluency in English and French including excellent writing skills in both languages, and you are proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You are known for your strong organization, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. You are dynamic and enthusiastic to learn about PR, brand management and marketing.
