Job Title: Intern - Client Solutions at Pictet Alternative Advisors

About the Company: Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Pictet with expertise in hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and private debt. PAA constructs, manages, and advises portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.

Role Description:

  • Support client solutions and initiatives by coordinating Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
  • Conduct market screening for alternative investment solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams including investment, investor relations, legal, compliance, and distribution.
  • Manage requests primarily from Institutional, Intermediary, and Private Wealth clients.
  • Assist distributors with client onboarding and servicing processes.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance from a top-tier university.
  • Relevant work or internship experience in asset management, audit, client servicing, or sales support.
  • Strong interest in alternative investments.
  • Excellent project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Creative, technical, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and deliver impactful messages through presentations.
  • Driven, possesses positive energy, and is a team player.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate.
