Business Developer

Missions clé :

  • Développement commercial : Vous identifierez de nouvelles opportunités tout en entretenant d'excellentes relations avec nos clients. Vous adapterez les stratégies de vente pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients.
  • Gestion de cycle de vente : Vous assurerez le processus complet de vente, de la prospection téléphonique à la signature des contrats, en passant par les rendez-vous, la création et le suivi des offres, ainsi que la négociation.
  • Stratégie et gestion : Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise en étroite collaboration avec la direction.
  • Innovation et technologie : Vous explorerez et intégrerez de nouvelles technologies pour améliorer nos processus internes et notre offre client.
  • Suivi après-vente : Vous assurerez un suivi de qualité après-vente pour maintenir une satisfaction élevée et fidéliser la clientèle, en répondant aux besoins évolutifs des clients.

Le profil idéal :

  • Formation et expérience : Titulaire d'un CFC ou équivalent, avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de grands comptes et la planification stratégique.
  • Compétences clés : Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation, bonne connaissance du marché local, autonomie et orientation résultats, esprit systémique.
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils informatiques, volonté de se former aux nouvelles technologies, aisance rédactionnelle.
  • Atouts supplémentaires : Bonne connaissance de l'anglais, permis de conduire indispensable pour des déplacements fréquents.
