Que fait-on ?

Née de l'envie de s'attaquer le plus directement possible à la transition énergétique, Netra contribue à décarboner la production d'électricité et la mobilité, en développer des centrales solaires, des batteries de stockage et des bornes de recharge pour les véhicules électrique

Notre vision, c'est une Europe zéro net d'ici à 2050. Pour la réaliser, notre objectif est de développer 1GWp de capacité d'énergie renouvelable. Nous travaillons pour cela à déployer des projets solaires et de stockage d'énergie, sur des actifs immobiliers et directement au sol sur de grandes surfaces. Les bornes de recharge en sont un parfait complément.

Nous sommes lancés sur le chemin passionnant d'une forte croissance. Basée à Genève, nous sommes actifs en Suisse et en France et voulons établir Netra comme un acteur phare de la transition énergétique en Europe.

Tasks

La mission proposée

Netra travaille avec une variété de propriétaires fonciers et immobiliers. Notre ambition est d'accélérer notre déploiement auprès des PME.

En tant que Business Developer, tu auras un rôle clef à jouer dans la croissance de Netra, en intervenant dans la vente, le marketing et l'onboarding de nouveau projet. Parmi tes activités quotidiennes, tu devras :

Construire/gérer le pipeline et prospecter :

  • Analyser le marché et comprendre les besoins des clients pour proposer des améliorations à l'approche de Netra.
  • Générer et développer des leads via divers canaux comme LinkedIn, salons professionnels, etc.
  • Mise en place des campagnes de marketing digital et de mailling.
  • Gérer efficacement ton pipeline de ventes et assurer le chiffre d'affaires sur ton portefeuille pour atteindre les objectifs de revenu.
  • Établir des relations à long terme avec les clients pour positionner Netra comme un partenaire privilégié dans l'infrastructure renouvelable.
  • Gérer proactive notre CRM, notamment afin d'assurer la qualité des données et l'exactitude des rapports concernant les leads.

Onboarding et closing :

  • Une fois qu'un lead est généré il faut le closer
  • Tu assureras la gestion complète du cycle de vente de A à Z : travaillant à la rédaction des offres formelles et à la modélisation financière des projets. La négociations et la signature de contrats, c'est aussi dans ton scope.
Requirements

Profile recherché

  • 2+ ans d'expérience en sales / account management / business development.
  • Tu as une appétence pour le monde de la transition énergétique et des énergies renouvelables.
  • Tu as un bon esprit de synthèse et d'analyse et présentes tes idées de manière structurée et claire.
  • Tu possède d'excellentes compétences relationnelles. Tu es capable d'établir des relations de confiance avec tes interlocuteurs et sais rebondir face aux objections.
  • Tu es une personne autonome, proactive et organisée.
  • Armé(e) d'un vrai esprit d'équipe, tu es prêt(e) à relever un nouveau défi au sein d'une organisation en croissance forte, avec un degré élevé de liberté et d'incertitude.
  • Points bonus si tu as déjà de l'expérience dans l'industrie des énergies renouvelables, l'e-mobility ou l'immobilier.
  • La maîtrise de l'Allemand est aussi un plus.
