Die Abteilungen der Corporate Services - Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, Training, Quality & Services, Engineering, Purchasing sowie Finance - sind übergreifend für alle Betriebe der Dolder Hotel AG verantwortlich. Sie bieten den operativen Bereichen professionellen Fachsupport, so dass gemeinsam eine hoch personalisierte Dienstleistung am Gast erreicht wird. Der Bereich Corporate Purchasing sorgt dabei im Hintergrund für die optimale und zeitgerechte Lieferung der erforderlichen Produkte und Dienstleistungen für alle Betriebe der Dolder Hotel AG.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Gewährleistung einer durchdachten Warenannahme und Lagerbewirtschaftung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Purchasing Manager
- Tägliche Warenausgabe an die operativen Abteilungen und die Corporate Services
- Eingabe von Lieferscheinen
- Mithilfe bei Inventuren
- Verantwortlich für die Lagerräume hinsichtlich Ordnung und Sauberkeit und tägliche Kontrolle des Entsorgungsbereiches

**Ihr Profil**:

- flexible und gut organisierte Persönlichkeit
- Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
- Versiert im Umgang mit der MS Office Palette
- Hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung und Belastbarkeit
- Gute Deutsch
- und optimalerweise Englischkenntnisse
- Gastgewerbliche Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber auch Quereinsteiger willkommen
- Sicheres, authentisches Auftreten
