In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.
For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Technology sector in Zürich (ZH) we are looking for a
Facilities Senior Coordinator 100%

Your main tasks:

  • Management of facility coordinators and Assistants (Maintenance, Repair, Modernization)
  • Coordination and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Responsible for the control of billing, costing and settlement of all invoices.
  • Independent planning and implementation of upcoming FM projects, taking customer requirements into account
  • Control and maintain all documentation processes to ensure both compliance with health and safety regulations as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage all operational fixed and reactive costs to ensure efficiency
  • Operational point of contact across the site

Your profile:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German language
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Quality-oriented and independent working style
  • A highly motivated individual, with excellent use of initiative and demonstrates a strong passion for service excellence and understanding customer needs
  • Several years of professional experience in team lead and customer service role
  • Understanding of planning and managing facilities projects
  • A basic understanding of good health & safety practices and motivates the Team in Health & Safety culture
