Der Kaufmännische Verband Schweiz ist die grösste schweizerische Berufsorganisation für Angestellte aus dem kaufmännischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Umfeld. Deine Verantwortung

Als Senior Communication Manager verantwortest du die interne und externe Kommunikation des Kaufmännischen Verbands Schweiz und bereitest spannende Themen aus den Bereichen Bildung, Sozialpartnerschaft und Politik (mit Fokus Bildung) auf.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Nationale Medienarbeit / PR
  • Content-Management und -Produktion (konzeptionell, redaktionell und multimedial)
  • Inhaltliche Betreuung der Website und Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Beratung und Kommunikationsbegleitung der Fachabteilung
  • Verbandsinterne Kommunikation
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Kommunikationsausbildung FH/Uni (Bachelor/Master-Abschluss) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss in der Höheren Berufsbildung
  • Mehrjährige, breite Erfahrung in der integrierten Kommunikation und der Schweizer Medienarbeit
  • Gute Kenntnis des Schweizer Bildungssystems und hohe Affinität für Themen aus den Bereichen Grund- und Weiterbildung
  • Gute redaktionelle Skills und Flair für Storytelling
  • Gute Französischkenntnisse

Darüber hinaus bist du in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu machen und kommunizierst souverän mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen. Im Weiteren arbeitest du gerne selbständig wie auch im Team und hast Freude an strategischen sowie an operativen Aufgaben. Im Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Social Media-Kanälen bist du versiert und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Produzieren von Bewegtbildern, Videos oder Podcasts gesammelt.
