We are a fast-growing AI startup focused on revolutionizing quality management in the manufacturing industry.

We are seeking a Sales Director to join our team and help us drive revenue growth and build relationships with key clients.


As a Sales Director at our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, as well as managing a team of sales professionals.

You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to understand our AI platform and its capabilities, and use this knowledge to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

With your strong leadership skills and ability to close deals, you will play a critical role in helping our company achieve its growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with key strategic customer accounts to build and manage a pipeline of proof of concept and expansion deals
  • You will be responsible for building and closing opportunities within your pipeline, and will play a key role in the success of EthonAI
  • You will represent EthonAI to potential users and will be responsible for navigating complex relationships with multiple stakeholders, each with their own interests and responsibilities
  • You will inspire manufacturers to adopt our software products globally, which will drive sales revenue and support EthonAI in its ambitious goal to become the market leader

Tasks

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve target revenue and profitability
  • Navigating large company procurement processes to break into and drive complex deals through lead to close
  • Develop and execute effective account strategies in collaboration with channel partners to drive sales success
  • Manage multiple customer opportunities with multiple partners at once while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Build accurate forecasting and an operational cadence with top management
  • Drive referenceable customer satisfaction in your accounts
  • Demonstrate EthonAI technology to end users and leverage internal and external resources to effectively execute opportunities with channel partners
  • Stay uptodate on current trends in the SaaS, PaaS, AI, and cloud solutions sectors
  • Develop champions, stakeholder awareness, and close deals at the VP/Clevel
  • Leverage and collaborate with internal/external resources as a team player

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years experience selling into enterprise accounts at the VP/Clevel
  • A proven track record of 100%+ quota attainment in an inside sales capacity
  • Experience in selling SaaS and/or PaaS solutions and/or selling manufacturing software (e.g., MES systems)
  • Experience in managing a diverse pipeline across multiple industry sectors and customers
  • Ability to operate and move deals through complex organizations
  • Ability to penetrate new accounts and strategically valuesell six figure transactions
  • Ability to identify and overcome objections and effectively close deals
  • Strong understanding of the sales development process and the ability to continuously improve and optimize sales techniques
  • Experience in working with channel partners is a plus

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Fluent in spoken and written German is a plus
