**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Tägliche Fortschritte im Application Management für SAP S/4 & SAP Cloud for Customers (C4C)
- Entwicklung und Implementierung standardisierter Geschäftsprozesse
- Gewährleistung der Qualität der Geschäftsprozesse durch kontinuierliche Verbesserungen in Übereinstimmung mit den strategischen Geschäftszielen
- End-to-End-Prozessentwicklung und Lifecycle-Management, einschließlich Lösungskonzeption, Dokumentation und Schulung
- Schnittstelle zwischen operativem Business und IT

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Sehr gutes Verständnis und hohe Affinität zu IT-Lösungen, einschließlich fortgeschrittener Erfahrung in ERP-Lösungen wie SAP
- Vertrautheit mit Geschäftsprozessen im Kundenservice eines Unternehmens
