In the approximately 100 supermarket branches of the cooperative Migros Ostschweiz, we provide everything our customers need for their daily needs. Our employees work enthusiastically to guarantee our traditional values such as freshness and quality at a fair price.

• Managing the butcher's department both in terms of expertise and personnel
• Promoting sales and planning staff deployment
• Managing revenue, costs, inventory, and storage
• Handling orders, checking incoming goods, presenting and arranging products
• Assisting and advising customers at the service counter

• Completed basic or further education in the retail sector, specifically in the food/meat industry; as a butcher or chef
• Work experience in meat sales
• Proficiency in German (excellent command)
• Excellent specialized knowledge in meat/cheese
• Reliability, flexibility, and high level of commitment
• Independent work ethic and friendly customer service
• Previous leadership experience is advantageous and a willingness for continuous further education
