**AMAG Leasing AG** betreut als Leasinggesellschaft gesamtschweizerisch die AMAG - Produktepalette, prozessiert und betreut die Leasingkundinnen und Leasingkunden aller Konzernmarken.

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Du führst das Sales Planning & Distribution Team der AMAG Leasing AG zu Leasingaktionen (Neuwagen, Occasionen und E-Bikes)
- Du wirkst operativ im Team mit und stellst die prozessualen Anforderungen zu jeder Zeit sicher
- Du verantwortest die Umsetzung des operativen Tagesgeschäft zu Zinsaktionen in der Schnittstelle mit den Leasing Antragsteams
- Du sicherst die Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsplanungsstellen der AMAG Konzernmarken (VW, AUDI, SEAT, CUPRA, SKODA, VW Nutzfahrzeuge; Occasionen)
- Du baust mit deinem Team das Vertriebs-Perfomance-Tool mit den Zielen und Messgrössen der AMAG Leasing AG, in modernen Reporting Umgebungen, aus.
- Du analysierst die Vertriebs Performance, erstellst Entscheidungsgrundlagen und gibst Empfehlungen ab
- Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung des Leasing-Loyalisierungs-Konzeptes und die zugehörige Vertriebsstrategie.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Eine kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit ersten Führungserfahrungen
- Du kommunizierst stilsicher Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, (wünschenswert: gute Kenntnisse in Französisch, Englisch oder Italienisch)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office Tools für die Erstellung von Analysen, Auswertungen und Präsentationen, SAP Analytics und Power-BI von Vorteil
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerausweis Kat. B1
- Du bist eine durchsetzungsstarke, kommunikationsstarke, als auch stark analytische Persönlichkeit
