Ecolab est à la recherche d'un **expert en sécurité alimentaire** pour rejoindre sa division EcoSure, un leader de l'industrie en matière de sécurité alimentaire et d'assurance qualité totale.

Nos spécialistes sont des experts en sécurité alimentaire et en assurance qualité, auxquels nos clients des secteurs de la restauration et de l'hôtellerie notamment font confiance. Nous recherchons un professionnel qui saura mener des audits complets sur site pour aider nos clients à maintenir les normes les plus élevées en matière de sécurité alimentaire, de propreté, d'expérience client et de protection de la marque.

**Ce que vous ferez dans le poste**:

- Effectuer des audits de sécurité alimentaire chez les clients en proposant des conseils, du coaching et des formations pour assurer la protection et la satisfaction des clients.
- Soutenir les initiatives d'assurance de la qualité et aider à examiner les rapports et les données d'audit.
- Associez-vous aux équipes de gestion des comptes et à d'autres divisions d'Ecolab pour résoudre les défis des clients.
- Effectuer un nombre budgétisé de visites consultatives chaque semaine qui crée un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Utiliser la technologie de gestion de la relation client (CRM) pour assurer une planification efficace ainsi qu'une tablette pour exécuter les fonctions essentielles du travail
- Soutenir les initiatives de croissance de notre entreprise et de nos clients

**Qualifications mínimales**:

- Niveau License suivi d ́au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie agroalimentaire ou hôtelière
- Très bon en anglais parlé et écrit
- Expérience dans l'évaluation de la sécurité alimentaire et des normes de marque
- Expérience d'enseignement ou de coaching dans un domaine lié à l'alimentation
- Volonté de travailler occasionnellement le soir, la fin de semaine et les heures supplémentaires selon les besoins de l'entreprise
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office : PowerPoint, Excel, Word et Outlook
- Un permis de conduire valide
