Your role
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for simple to complex ICT issues (on-site and remote); assist users with technical problems and inquiries via phone, email, tickets, or in person
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices
  • Maintain operations and manage user accounts and access rights
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues

  • Incident management: create and handle tickets
  • Train and advise employees
  • Create and maintain user manuals, guides, and documentation
  • Participate in exciting, diverse projects
Your profile
  • You have completed training in IT, a commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications
  • You have experience in IT support/ICT Service Desk
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Google Workspace, and/or Google Cloud platforms is an advantage
  • Good German language skills, French language skills are a plus
  • Category B driver's license
