Dein Job

  • 1st- und 2nd Level Support von einfachen bis komplexen ICT-Problemen (vor Ort wie auch Remote); Unterstützung der User:innen bei technischen Problemen und Anfragen über Telefon, E-Mail, Tickets oder vor Ort

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Druckern und anderen Peripheriegeräten

  • Aufrechterhaltung des Betriebs sowie Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten

  • Überwachung der Netzwerkleistung und Behebung von Fehlern bei Verbindungsproblemen

  Ausserdem

  • Incidentmanagement: Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Tickets

  • Schulen und Beraten der Mitarbeitenden

  • Erstellen und Pflegen von Benutzerhandbüchern, Anleitungen und Dokumentationen

  • Teilweise Mitarbeit in spannenden, immer wieder andersartigen Projekten

 

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der IT, eine kaufmännische Lehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen

  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung im IT-Support/ICT-ServiceDesk sammeln

  • Von Vorteil bringst du gute Kenntnisse mit Microsoft-Technologien, Google Workspace und/oder Google Cloud Plattformen mit

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift / Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

  • Ein Führerausweis der Kategorie B
