En collaboration avec la direction (h/f), vous êtes responsable du:

- Soutien des processus commerciaux
- Collaboration avec le contrôle de gestion de Framatome dans le cadre des activités de clôture financière et de planification
- Collaboration avec le comptable externe, le conseiller fiscal et le service du personnel
- Organisation autonome, surveillance & priorisation de la communication
- Conception de présentations et de diagrammes à partir de croquis et de tableaux
- Recherche et préparation autonome d'informations spécialisées
- Suivi autonome de thèmes spécifiques
- Préparation et organisation autonome de manifestations
- Planification et réalisation autonome d'actions spéciales
- Communication avec les services internes et externes

- formation commerciale ou qualification équivalente
- Travail en équipe et orienté vers les solutions
- Utilisation des techniques de communication modernes
- Présentation sûre, également au téléphone
- Connaissance de l'utilisation des bases de données
- Disposition à effectuer des déplacements occasionnels
