Nous ouvrons un poste de **Data Quality Expert **pour rejoindre nos équipes.

**Responsabilités du poste:
- En qualité d'expert de qualité des données, votre mission sera de nous accompagner sur le développement de procédures visant à améliorer l'exactitude et l'intégrité des données de notre organisation ainsi qu'à la création de tableaux de bord.
- Vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les propriétaires et responsables des données afin de leur fournir l'accompagnement et les compétences nécessaires pour travailler avec leurs communautés.
- Pour réussir en tant qu'expert de la qualité des données, vous devez faire preuve d'une connaissance approfondie des techniques d'analyse des données et d'une expérience réussie dans un rôle similaire

**Tâches attendues**:

- Animer les ateliers avec les métiers (collecte des besoins sur la qualité de la donnée, aides à la rédaction des project charters, etc)
- Effectuer le profilage des données pour soutenir les activités de qualité des données à travers l'organisation
- Engager la communauté des responsables et propriétaires des données pour prioriser les problèmes sur la qualité des données
- Travailler avec la communauté des responsables et propriétaires des données pour définir des normes et des mesures de qualité afin de favoriser l'amélioration continue de la qualité des données
- Concevoir, créer et mettre en oeuvre des tableaux de bord sur la qualité des données
- Communiquer de manière succincte les résultats de l'analyse des données afin de mesurer l'évolution de la qualité des données
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables et propriétaires des données ainsi que le département IT pour s'assurer que la cause première des problèmes de données est comprise et que leur résolution est mise en oeuvre
- Créer et gérer un processus de gestion des problèmes de qualité des données
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de la qualité des données
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans la création et le développement de routines de profilage de données et de tableaux de bord de la qualité des données
- Très bonnes connaissances des requêtes SQL et PowerBI
- Connaissance et pratique d'un outil de qualité de la donnée tel que Talend Data Quality un plus
- Connaissance d'une plateforme cloud de données telle que Snowflake ou Google Cloud Platform un plus
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
- Capacité de collaborer et de travailler efficacement avec de multiples intervenants et de créer des relations sur le long terme
- Français et anglais courant
- Disponible immédiatement
