Nous cherchons un Technical Business Analyst doté de talents exceptionnels pour enrichir notre équipe. Notre mission est de guider les PME à travers leur transformation digitale, en offrant une palette de services qui s'étend de l'analyse des besoins à la mise en oeuvre de solutions innovantes pour la gestion des processus métiers et la business intelligence.

Responsabilités :

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les clients et les équipes techniques pour concevoir et intégrer les solutions métier, et proposer des services innovants.
  • Développer des composants métiers sur mesure dans Microsoft 365, notamment compris SharePoint Online, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, pour digitaliser les processus métiers.
  • Concevoir et restructurer des Intranets, développer des portails applicatifs et personnaliser fonctionnellement SharePoint Online, tirer parti de Microsoft Teams, PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, Power BI, PowerApps),
  • Accompagner les clients dans l'exploitation du potentiel de leurs données à l'aide et des services de Microsoft Fabric.

Compétences et qualifications :

  • Expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans dans le secteur des services, avec une expertise solide en tant que Business Analyst, offrant des solutions techniques basées sur des besoins métiers. La familiarité avec Microsoft 365 est hautement valorisée.
  • Compétences en développement, notamment en Python, avec une expérience significative dans l'analyse de données et l'utilisation d'API. La connaissance de Graph API et/ou Azure Functions est un atout.
  • Aptitude à intégrer des solutions tierces dans l'écosystème Microsoft 365 et Azure, démontrant une capacité à optimiser divers outils et plateformes.
  • Un intérêt marqué pour l'intelligence artificielle, avec la capacité d'innover et de développer des solutions exploitant cette technologie pour améliorer les processus métiers et la prise de décision.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, sensibilité client, curiosité, innovation, et compétences en communication avec une maîtrise du français et de bonnes connaissances en anglais.
