Als Team Lead Communication & Marketing bist du nahe am Puls der Visionen und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und Mitarbeitenden. Dadurch gelingt es dir und deinem Team, mittels präziser Inhalte unsere Zielgruppen im Kunden
- sowie Expertenmarkt zu adressieren und bbv attraktiv zu positionieren. Du unterstützt den Verkauf, denkst Kampagnen neu, gehst kreative Wege und setzt neue Massstäbe.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation und das Marketing und damit auch für die Bekanntheit von bbv
- Du verstehst die Visionen und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und hilfst, unseren Leistungskatalog danach auszurichten
- Du übernimmst die Planung und Koordination von crossmedialen Kampagnen und bist zuständig für die Umsetzung in verschiedenen Kanälen inkl. der Erstellung des jeweiligen Contents sowie unseres Partnermanagement
- Die inhaltliche und gestalterische Weiterentwicklung der Webseite sowie unserer Social-Media-Kanäle liegen in deiner Verantwortung
- Zusätzlich bist du für die Media Relations (Medienmitteilungen) sowie die interne Kommunikation zuständig
- Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem HR-Team zur Entwicklung und Positionierung des Employer Brand kannst du dein Wissen zielführend einbringen

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Marketing und/oder Kommunikation
- Nebst fundierten Erfahrungen in der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Marketing
- und Kommunikationsstrategien kennst du dich mit crossmedialen Kampagnen aus
- Du verkörperst modernes Marketing und antizipierst neue Trends
- Führungserfahrung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis der IT-Branche bringst du ebenfalls mit
- Du bist eine sehr vernetzte, empathische und initiative Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Qualitäts
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Du verfügst über ausserordentlich gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, bist kontaktfreudig und offen für innovative Ideen
