**Alles über die Rolle**:
Als Groceries and New Verticals Manager (m/w/d) bist Du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Vertriebsteams. Du hilfst Just Eat Schweiz, den Groceries-Markt aufzubauen, Prozesse zu etablieren und Marktbearbeitungsstrategien abzuleiten. Du nutzt deine Erfahrung und dein Netzwerk aus dem Detailhandel, um im Schweizer Markt rasch Fuß zu fassen. Neben dem Aufbau des Groceries-Segmentes bieten sich viele weitere Möglichkeiten, das Liefergeschäft zu entwickeln. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung der bereits bestehenden Projektansätzen und leitest daraus weitere Ideen ab, initialisierst und begleitest die Umsetzung. An dieser Stelle hast du große Freiheit, Ideen zu entwickeln und diese umzusetzen. Du bist ein Mitglied des Sales Leadership Team und rapportierst direkt an den Country Sales Lead.

In dieser Rolle bist du außerdem verantwortlich für:

- Aufbau des Grocery Segmentes in der Schweiz
- Etablierung der Prozesse und Ableitung der Marktbearbeitungsstrategien
- Optimierung bereits bestehender Projekten und Initialisierung weiterer Projekte
- Ermittlung neuer Geschäftsideen und deren Umsetzung

Diese Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen suchen wir:

- Betriebswirtschaftliche Aus
- und Weiterbildung
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im schweizer Detailhandel
- Marktorientiertes Denken, und das Know-how neue Chancen im Markt zu erkennen
- Erfahrungen im Leiten von Projekten, idealerweise im Groceries-Bereich
- Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift), verhandlungssichere Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die sich in einer zielorientierten Umgebung wohlfühlt
- Teamplayer-Mentalität und Proaktive Arbeitseinstellung
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zum Netzwerken und Verhandeln
