Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform standard corporate housekeeping duties, such as yearly shareholders and board meetings, preparation of documents, writing of minutes, decisions, filing of documents, verifying content, collection of signatures; update of articles of association, creation of powers of attorney, special resolutions; notarization, legalization or collection of Apostille for documents
- Maintenance of Corporate Database in collaboration with Master Data and Legal Ops team
- Provide basic legal information to internal clients
- Serve as first point of contact for local Swiss legal topics, work with inhouse or external counsel to deliver needs
- Provide support to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with calendar management, travel management, expense management and meeting plan management
- Manage coordination of meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations, use of excel spreadsheets, ordering equipment, as well as arrange on
- Ensure that the CLO and Legal leadership team is informed of priorities, deadlines and challenges, and respond to a wide variety of requests for information, policies and procedures, and executive action
- Assist with tracking key operational metrics by organizing and compiling data, researching facts, and coordinating information retrieval
- Assist with contract administration as needed, including obtaining signatures, scanning and electronic filing, and provide backup administrative support to other departments as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of team and company information, while operating independently with mínimal supervision
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Completed qualification as a Paralegal, or a similar relevant certificate or diploma
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience in international matrix organizations, an ability to work across different management levels and handle varying priorities in a dynamic business environment
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
