We are currently seeking a Paralegal (m/w/d) to work with one of the F500 company in their legal team, based in Zurich.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive paralegal support directly at client sites, including document management, legal research, and drafting.
    • Manage and organize large volumes of documents, ensuring efficient access and compliance with legal standards.
    • Support the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
    • Facilitate communication between the client and Axiom Law, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration.
    • Assist with compliance, regulatory filings, and other legal procedures as required by the client.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Diploma or degree in paralegal studies, law, or related discipline.
    • At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal, ideally within a corporate environment.
    • Excellent command of legal terminology and a good understanding of corporate law practices.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in German, italian or French is a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in diverse team settings.
