For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:Consulting | Paralegal | Zurich & Remote | Perm. | 80-100% | Immediately | CHF 95'000+
Responsibilities:
- Form general handling and liquidation of companies in various jurisdictions
- Liaise with third parties and intermediaries where required
- Buildup indepth knowledge of your portfolio clients
- Assist in the setup of new corporate structures
- Act as first point of contact for all office issues
Experience:
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills
- Completed commercial training or comparable studies
- Fluent in German and English, French would be an asset
- 2+ years' PQE in office management, team assistance or in a comparable position
