YOUR PROFILE- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Lead in the Intelligent Automation sector;
- Proficiency in robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, MS AI BOT, BluePrism;
- Familiarity with Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning concepts;
- Innovative, adept at problem-solving, and a team player with strong adaptability;
- Prior engagement in IT implementation projects;
- Degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields;
- Proficiency in software like MS-Office;
- Fluent in English (Knowledge of German is an advantage).
As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Intelligent Automation, you will spearhead business analysis projects. Your initial assignment involves leading the Business Analysts team for the Intelligent Automation (IA) Competency Center, concentrating on Supply for a client in the Retail industry. This full-time role necessitates on-site presence five days a week in Pratteln, Switzerland.
- Leading identification, assessment, and prioritization of IA initiatives;
- Acting as the gatekeeper of the competency center by managing incoming IA requests, pipeline, and budget;
- Serving as the business point of contact until the use case transitions to production;
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and internal teams for planning and timeline definition;
- Planning and supporting activities of other BAs in the team;
- Ensuring adherence to defined IA ways of working;
- Establishing governance to manage business stakeholders;
- Analyzing, challenging, and controlling the quality of requirements;
- Ensuring transparency and awareness with stakeholders;
- Breaking down business demands with the solution architect into features and stories;
- Assisting in testing by reviewing test plans for compliance with requirements.
