Your Profile- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Lead in the field of Intelligent Automation;
- Familiarity with RPA software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, MS AI BOT, BluePrism;
- Knowledge of Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning is a plus;
- Creative, analytical, team-oriented with strong adaptability;
- Previous involvement in IT implementation projects;
- Degree in engineering, business administration, or related field;
- Proficient in MS-Office tools;
- Fluency in English (knowing German is an advantage).
As a Senior Business Analyst, specialize in Intelligent Automation projects. Lead the Business Analysts team for the Intelligent Automation (IA) Competency Center, focusing on Supply for a Retail client. This full-time role requires working onsite in Pratteln (near Basel), Switzerland.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize IA initiatives;
- Manage incoming IA requests, pipeline, and budget;
- Serve as the main contact until use case deployment, maintaining plans and communication;
- Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders on planning and timelines;
- Supervise activities of other team BAs;
- Establish and enforce IA work processes;
- Engage closely with business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment;
- Implement governance to manage stakeholder interactions;
- Analyze and refine business needs and processes;
- Ensure quality of requirements, traceability, and documentation;
- Facilitate smooth handover of requirements to development;
- Assist in breaking down business demands and supporting testing activities.
