BridgeBio is a biopharmaceutical company founded to discover, create, test, and deliver transformative medicines to treat patients who suffer from genetic diseases and cancers with clear genetic drivers. We bridge the gap between remarkable advancements in genetic science in academic institutions and the delivery of meaningful medicines to patients. Founded in 2015, the company has built a portfolio of 30+ drug development programs ranging from preclinical to late-stage development in multiple therapeutic areas including genetic dermatology, precision oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, pulmonology, and renal disease, with two approved drugs.

Our focus on scientific excellence and rapid execution aim to translate today's discoveries into tomorrow's medicines. We have U.S. offices in San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Raleigh, with small satellites in other parts of the country. We also have international offices in Montreal, Canada, and Zug, Switzerland, and are expanding across Europe.

Who You Are

Responsibilities:

  • Establish an effective product launch process with bestinclass planning, implementation & monitoring
  • Institutionalize key performance indicators (e.g., sales incentive plans) and the appropriate feedback loop mechanism capturing customer feedback and ensuring effective and systematic reporting through targeted systems (e.g., CRM, sales reports, etc.)
  • Support design & deployment of the most effective and efficient customerfacing organization across EU markets
  • Coordinate in time the appropriate training interventions for customerfacing teams
  • Create an understanding of the internal and external environment, drivers, enablers and challenges, targeting, segmentation, account mapping
  • Source new 3rd party distributors for various regions and execute exciting partnership solutions
  • Support partner negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial terms that align with business objectives and strategy
  • Manage and develop relationships with 3rd party distributors at a global level
  • Liaising with 3rd party distributors to ensure the territoryspecific product launches happen in a timely manner and to expectations
  • Carry out business reviews and assessments to ensure partners achieve/exceed their deliverables
  • Qualitative and quantitative assessment of the customer needs/unmet needs, detailed mapping of needsbased plan
  • Develops and manages departmental budgets that effectively achieve desired goals that are balanced with the financial objectives of the broader commercial organization

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • A BA or BSc is required; a postgraduate degree is strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of professional experience within Biotech/Pharma in Global or Regional sales, marketing, and/or operations roles with a successful track record
  • Preand postproduct launch experience in key European markets
  • A minimum of five years of people leadership experience
  • Ability to lead by example, attract and develop talent, build interdependent partnerships, and create a culture of collaboration and teamwork that fosters open communication, constructive conflict resolution, and organizational flexibility
  • Able to prioritize and manage several complex projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to develop internal relationships in a high matrix environment, as well as external relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and industry experts
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity
  • Ability to prioritize concurrent projects with tight deadlines and operate in a highly compliancedriven environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within the company
