Ta contribution chez KPMG

Participer activement à l'activité de conseil réglementaire et juridique à notre clientèle composée de banques, assurances, sociétés de type « asset management » et autres intermédiaires financiers en Suisse romande sur des sujets compliance complexes et variés : notamment LsFin, LeFin, activités transfrontières (« cross-border »), LIMF, ESG, LPD, LBA, abus de marché, signature électronique, etc.

Revoir / écrire les processus et directives internes en matière réglementaire et améliorer les systèmes de contrôle interne en la matière

Revoir / écrire la documentation contractuelle des intermédiaires financiers précités

Participer à la veille réglementaire

Agir en tant que point de contact principal sur nos mandats d'audit prudentiel et élaborer des comptes rendus précis et succincts à des directions générales dans les matières susmentionnées

Diriger des équipes et des mandats chez des clients (contact avec le client, planification, formation et gestion des ressources, direction des travaux, rapports réguliers au client, gestion du budget)

Intervenir comme expert dans des exposés et des publications

Voici ce qui fait ta réussite

Titulaire d'un brevet d'avocat suisse ou formation juridique de droit suisse. L'obtention du diplôme CAS Compliance in Financial Services ou CAS Financial Regulation est un atout

4 - 7 ans d'expérience en légal ou compliance, au sein d'une grande société de conseil aux entreprises, d'une étude d'avocats ou d'un département réglementaire, juridique ou compliance dans le domaine bancaire ou financier en Suisse

De solides connaissances du cadre réglementaire Suisse dans les matières précitées

Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau C1 minimum), la pratique de l'allemand et/ou l'italien est un plus

Forte orientation client et qualité de services

Tu fais preuve d'initiative et de sens commercial, et possèdes de solides aptitudes dans les activités de conseil à la clientèle

Tu aimes travailler en équipe, dans une ambiance dynamique et sous contrainte de délai, et tu as des aptitudes et de l'expérience dans la conduite d'équipes
