Join our dynamic team where you'll be tackling high-priority flights and navigating through challenging scenarios. Work closely with our service partners to provide guidance, drive performance enhancements, and implement action plans across the board.

  • Establish and lead the Turnaround Management Team, defining processes and aligning with stakeholders
  • Drive process optimization and foster innovation with internal and external collaborators
  • Ensure top-notch, compliant, and customer-centric ground operations
  • Uphold LH Group policies, standards, and targets rigorously
  • Oversee quality management, controls, and evaluations
  • Develop training programs and educational strategies
  • Manage a team of up to 9 direct reports
  • Conduct performance discussions with service partners and implement corrective measures
  • Efficiently manage interfaces with service partners, airports, etc.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives
  • Be prepared for shift work as a Turnaround Manager

  • Higher education or university degree
  • Extensive experience in personnel management and Ground Operations
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in handling complex situations

  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Exceptional social skills
