En tant que partenaire de recrutement de Apleona Schweiz AG, nous te recherchons en tant que **Property Manager **(f/m/d) sur le site de Genève. Dans ta position tu seras responsable de la gestion et du développement d'un large éventail de biens immobiliers. - Gestion complète d'un portefeuille d'immeubles mixtes
- Elaboration d'analyses de marché
- Assurer la location des objets (management des vacants)
- Négociation, établissement et surveillance des baux
- Etat des lieux des objets commerciaux
- Organisation, gestion et exécution des travaux d'entretien
- Suivi technique du portefeuille
- Contacts écrits et oraux avec les locataires, les entreprises, les fournisseurs, les autorités et les concierges
- Management des débiteurs et des créanciers
- Etablissement des décomptes de chauffage et des frais annexes
- Etablissement des requêtes aux propriétaires, des reportings et des décomptes acheteur/vendeur
- Etablissement des budgets avec responsabilité du résultat
- Gestion du personnel et suivi des concierges
- Représentation des propriétaires devant les autorités
- Gère: 1-3 subordonnés directs

**Ce qui te qualifie pour le poste**
- Formation commerciale (CFC)
- Expérience significative dans le domaine de la gérance immobilière
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques (REM, Onbase, Basware) et les logiciels courants (MS-Office, etc.)
- Solides connaissances des marchés régionaux
- Sens de l'organisation et bonne compétence relationnelle
- Expérience en gestion d'équipe
- Permis de conduire valable avec voiture privée
- Disponibilité à voyager dans le canton de Genève
- Bonnes connaissances du droit du bail et de la technique du bâtiment
- Exigences de voyageAu sein du canton de Genève
- Fr: C1 - Avancé
