The International Talent Management team has a newly-created position due to the increased focus on Talent Development programs.

We are looking for an International Talent Programs Coordinator to drive the coordination and support the execution of the Intl Talent Management Programs including interactions with internal and external stakeholders and providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordination of talent development programs and its related activities including but not limited to: Creating and measuring pre- and post-events/journeys and establish dashboards to track changes Organizing and coordinating events with vendors, participants, track attendance of participants for online and f2f events Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external vendors and partners Coordinating and administering online assessments (360 surveys and other) Ability to challenge the current ways of working, suggest improvements and bring own ideas Building and maintaining learning plans and dedicated resources for all parties

involved

Create PO's, maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions/services acquired, do budget forecast Serving as point of contact for participants throughout their program journey and for vendors for planning of learning program deliveries

JOB PROFILE:

First experience in a planning and coordinating role an asset Experience in a Talent Development / Learning and Development / HR environment is an asset but not required, however candidates must be greatly interested in the field

Languages: Fluent in English. Fluency in French and other language asset
