Description and Requirements:

  • Defines, implements and executes the LENOVO ISG business growth strategy for Switzerland
  • Leading (solid line) the sales as presales team
  • Maintains senior executive relationships personally
Represents Lenovo with the Swiss Market

  • Provides outlook forecast and demand planning
  • Leads by example, sets clear performance standards, provides straightforward feedback in a respectful way, and actively manages low contributors
  • Recognizes outstanding contributions by employees and teams
  • Ensures a positive performance climate, listen to employees, address their issues and help employees to develop witin LENOVO's matrix environment
  • Fosters teamwork and inclusion among all employees across locations
  • Continuously develops the employees to build a strong team: set clear development plans and goals for every direct report
  • Personally engages in large and complex negotiations
