  • Weiterentwicklung der Brand Experience
  • Verantwortung für die konsistente Umsetzung von Brand Design und UX/UI Design
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines kohärenten Markenbildes
  • Erstellung von ansprechenden und wirkungsvollen visuellen Inhalten
  • Erstellung von Pages, Entwicklung und Gestaltung des UX/UI
  • Erstellung von Creatives für Social Media und Content-Marketing-Kampagnen
  • Erstellung von Videos und Produktions-Setup
  • Kollaboration und Koordination mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams
  • Datenbasierte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Überwachung und Optimierung
Job Anforderungen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing-Creative-Bereich mit Leistungsausweis
  • Eine abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung und kontinuierliche Weiterbildungen
  • Entrepreneurial mindset mit einer hands-on Mentalität
  • Flair für Storytelling mit Creatives
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind ein Muss
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Eigenverantwortung und hohe Flexibilität
  • Kompetenz in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) und Figma, Erfahrung mit WordPress und Generative AIs
  • Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Startup-Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
