Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Beratung und Leitung von Projekten in den
    Bereichen Layoutdesign, Branding, Content
    Creation und Production
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für sämtliche Aufträge des Teams Marketing Production
  • Sicherstellung des Auftragsmanagements zur Umsetzung sämtlicher Projekte & Produktionen
  • Beratung, Planung und Koordination von vielseitigen Marketingaktivitäten (digital & print)
  • Projektleitung von diversen Video- und Fotoshootings
  • Abstimmung mit externen Partnern,
    Lieferanten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit
    internen Ansprechpersonen
  • Leitung von Teammeetings sowie allgemeine Administrationsaufgaben
  • Budgetverantwortung, Organisation von Offert- wesen, inklusive Controlling der Projekte
  • Mitbetreuung der Praktikumsperson

Dein Pro fil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing bzw. verwandte Studiengänge oder Weiterbildung
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich
    Kommunikation und Werbung, gerne auf
    Agenturseite
  • Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und Adobe Creative Suite
  • Anwenderkenntnisse Projektmanagement-Tool Monday von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Tourismus/ÖV von Vorteil
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache mit erstklassiger
    schriftlicher Ausdrucksweise sowie fortge-
    schrittene Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und
    Schrift
  • Überdurchschnittliches Selbstmanagement und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Initiative, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit
    hoher Beratungsaffinität und Projektleitung
