- Operative Verantwortung des Standortes
- Fachliche Führung des Center Teams im Tagesgeschäft
- Sicherstellung des Center Standards
- Minimierung der Außenstände und Erschließung von potentiellen Zusatzgeschäften bzw. -dienstleistungen
- Kundenbetreuung und Sicherstellen eines erstklassigen Service sowie einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
- Kundenbeschwerdehandling bzw. bei schwerwiegenden Problemen Eskalation zum zuständigen Manager
- Organisation/ Koordination von Veranstaltungen und Community Events
- Zuständigkeit für alle operativen und administrativen Kunden
- und Center-Belange
- Bearbeitung der täglichen Kundenanfragen
- Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, den Lieferanten sowie den internen Abteilungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
- **Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift**
- Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild
- Eine zuverlässige, organisationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Kundenarbeit und Flexibilität
- Spaß daran im Team zu arbeiten
