Position Summary
As a
Corporate Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting & leading various global L&D initiatives to assist in driving our People Strategy and the Nestlé ambition of "life-long learning". You will work closely with the whole Corporate L&D Leadership Team to support strategic global projects. In this role, you will be a user experience advocate - envisioning how learning should be experienced in an intuitive, inspiring and personalized way.

A Day in the Life of a Corporate Learning and Development Manager
- Design, lead & deploy global initiatives as per the
People Strategy:
ensure a future ready workforce
- Manage key stakeholders as part of the deployment of global initiatives, to ensure maximum adoption & engagement around Life-Long Learning initiatives
- Ongoing review of analytics around learner behavior to drive improvements for initiatives launched
- Be an advocate of user experience in Learning, through ongoing interactions & thought leadership to our global L&D community
- Initiate and drive projects forward including implementation of technologybased learning tools.
- Integrate technology into the training design and delivery process is a plus
What will make you successful
- Learning & Development (L&D) experience (ideally 5 to 7 years)
- Previous exposure to the digitalization of learning &/or supporting digitalization of an organization through learning & development.
- Experience &/or knowledge of user experience design
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple L&D projects
- Change management experience
- Ability to align L&D initiatives with the organization's overall strategy and goals
- The ability to link L&D initiatives to business outcomes
- A high degree of learning agility and possession of a growth mindset are key
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) The ability to manage diverse group of demanding stakeholders.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and & staying up to date with trends in the L&D field
