Senior Digital Experience Strategist / Berater (m/w/d) 80% - 100%

IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH: Sie übernehmen ausgewählte Kundenprojekte in der Deutsch-Schweiz und tragen die Verantwortung von der Analyse, über das Konzept bis zur Umsetzung modernster Digital Experience Management Lösungen. Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitungszeit werden Sie in der Lage sein, die hohen Business-Anforderungen der Kunden zu adressieren wie auch innovative Konzepte zu entwickeln, welche die Potentiale im End-User Bereich nutzen. Mit der Projekterfahrung entwickeln Sie sich zunehmend zum Experten, wenn es darum geht, das Verhalten und die Erfahrungen der Nutzer zu messen, zu interpretieren und für die unternehmensweite Optimierung einzusetzen. Dabei berücksichtigen Sie auch Bereiche wie Architektur, Wirtschaftlichkeit, HR, Qualität und Machbarkeit und verhelfen Ihren Kunden zu erheblichen Wettbewerbsvorteilen. Sie begleiten die Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und übernehmen auch die Analyse von Technologietrends. Sie beraten die Kunden ganzheitlich und haben die Kompetenz, sinnvolle Ausbauprojekte zu initialisieren.

IHR PROFIL: Sie haben einen Informatikabschluss (WISS, FH, Uni/ETH) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Zudem mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich ITSM bzw. Infrastruktur- oder Client-Management. Idealerweise kennen Sie sich gut aus in Bereichen wie End-Point-Management, Benutzerinteraktion und Schnittstellen, Kundenservice, Support und Datenanalyse. Wenn nicht, wären das Bereiche, wo Sie sich weiter entwickeln können. Sie haben Erfahrung im sicheren Umgang mit Daten/Informationen und sehen sich als Vertrauensperson gegenüber Ihren Kunden. Sie kommunizieren gerne auf allen Stufen und haben ein gutes Gespür für das Machbare. Sie sind teamorientiert und schätzen aber auch die flexiblen Einsätze vor Ort bei Kunden. Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch.
