Industry | M&A Lawyer | Zurich Area | 6 months+ | 100% | Imm. | CHF 130'000+

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisitions
• Lead all legal aspects of M&A transactions from inception through closing
• Draft, review & negotiate a wide range of legal documents related to M&A transactions
• Ensure all M&A activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management & business units on M&A matters

Experience:

• Swiss bar admission
• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Full professional fluency in German and English
• Proven experience in managing complex M&A transactions
• At least 5 years PQE as an attorney within the agricultural industry
