Communications Specialist

For our client, a well-known Swiss Private Bank, we are currently looking for a multilingual Communications Specialist (80%) to join a family-sized team within Client Strategy & Experience.

In this role, you will mainly support and coordinate the production of client letters and related materials and the engagement is limited to two years with an immediate start date.


Responsibilities:
Advise and assist internal stakeholders in creating client communications, guiding them through the production process, and providing necessary documents and guidelinesEnsure the tone of voice and layout of client letters and related materials, such as brochures, fact sheets, and forms, comply with CI/CD guidelinesEdit texts in both German and EnglishCoordinate translations and proofreading with external providers, review, align, and finalize versions in English, German, Spanish, French, and ItalianManage and update various client letter templates in five languagesMaintain and update documentation and support materials for the production processProvide input to the Language Services team for the terminology database and language guidelines

Requirements:
University degree (BSc/MSc) in applied linguistics or a related fieldRelevant professional experience in the financial industry and/or in a communications roleFluency in English and German (native proficiency), with knowledge of additional languages (French, Italian, or Spanish) being an assetStrong service orientation and quick perceptionReliable and structured work style with attention to detailAbility to work under pressureHigh degree of flexibility and commitmentTeam-oriented and resilient personality with excellent social skills and poise
