About the role


As Employee Communications Associate, you will play an important role in supporting Swiss Re's transformation and helping to facilitate cultural change across the organisation.

You will bring fresh ideas, a flair for storytelling, and an appetite to utilise new tools and formats to create engaging communications material and align employees with Swiss Re's change, culture and people initiatives.

Tasks

The Employee Communications Associate:

  • Supports the company's people and change agenda by implementing communication concepts and organising employee events such as town halls
  • Creates engaging content in English for a variety of channels
  • Publishes content on digital channels and oversees production of video and other visual content
  • Monitors and measures the impact of communication activities
  • Aligns communication content with internal stakeholders

About you
You have

  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent in Communications, Change/Digital Management, Marketing or Journalism
  • Initial experience in Communications, ideally in internal, change or digital communication, in a corporate or agency environment
  • Strong storytelling, writing and editing capabilities
  • Strong conceptual, planning and project management skills
You are

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • A collaborative, engaging, fun team player
  • A good listener, able to quickly grasp complex processes
  • Confident in consulting internal stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
  • Proactive, confident, with high integrity
  • Digital/social media savvy
  • Committed to high quality, also under pressure
