  • Koordination und Leitung "Operations":
    • Organisation und Kommunikation mit Guides, Hotels, Reisebüros und Kunden
    • Bearbeitung und Beratung von Touranfragen per E-Mail und Telefon
    • Erstellung von individuellen Reiseplänen nach Kundenwünschen
  • Koordination von Kooperationen:
    • Aufbau von Partnerschaften mit Reisebüros
    • Entwicklung von Kooperationen mit Luxushotels
    • Pflege des Partnernetzwerkes
  • Sortimentserweiterung und Innovation:
    • Optimierung bestehender Produkte
    • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien
  • Backoffice-Arbeiten: Leitung administrativer Aufgaben und Abläufe
  • Weitere Arbeitsfelder:
    • Unterstützung in sozialen Medien
    • Mithilfe bei Social Media Aufträgen
    • Myswisspanorama Private Guide: Leitung von Touren in der Schweiz

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung in Luxusreisen, Hotelkooperationen oder Tourismus
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und überzeugende Kommunikation
  • Stark in der Geschäftsbeziehungsentwicklung
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenendarbeit
  • Exaktes und eigenständiges Arbeiten
