We are now looking for a driven Annotations Manager to join our team in Poland.

Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
As an Annotation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the annotation team. Your tasks will involve supervising the team in labeling, recording, and storing various types of data for our customers.

You will ensure the accurate and timely annotation of data for our customers, plan the whole work process for our annotation experts and the quality control team and collaborate with other departments.

The Annotation Manager plays a crucial role in the annotation process and is responsible for the timely completion of the tasks.

Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of annotation specialists, providing guidance, and report direct to the operations manager. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage productivity and innovation.

Quality Control:

You work closely with our Quality Control and Training Specialist together and ensure that the quality process is running smoothly and efficiently.

In case of deviations, you must take measures with him together to secure our quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of annotation processes, guidelines, and best practices. Generate regular reports on annotation progress, quality metrics, and any challenges faced by the team.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between the annotation team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of project requirements and expectations.

Provide regular updates to operation manager and leadership team on annotation status and challenges.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in planning and organization.

Proven experience in managing teams in similar roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel in particular.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of data privacy and security considerations in data annotation.

Familiarity with industry standards for data annotation.
