Ihre Aufgaben

1. Koordination und Leitung „Operations“:

○ Organisation und Kommunikation mit Guides, Hotels, Reisebüros und Kunden
○ Bearbeitung und Beratung von Touranfragen von Schweizreisen via E-Mail und Telefon
○ Erstellung von massgeschneiderten Reiseplänen, basierend auf den Bedürfnissen der Kunden

2. Koordination von Kooperationen:

○ Aufbau von erfolgreichen Partnerschaften mit Reisebüros zur Steigerung unserer Geschäftsfelder
○ Entwicklung und Umsetzung von tiefgreifenden Kooperationen mit Luxushotels schweizweit
○ Pflege und Erweiterung unseres Partnernetzwerkes

3. Sortimentserweiterung und Innovation:

○ Optimieren von bestehenden Produkten
○ Laufende Entwicklung unserer Produkte und Implementierung von Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien


4. Backoffice-Arbeiten:

Leitung der administrativen Aufgaben und Sicherstellen der Abläufe

Ihr Profil

● Erfahrung im Bereich Luxusreisen, Hotelkooperationen oder Tourismus
● Verhandlungsgeschick und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
● Starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten zur Entwicklung von Geschäftsbeziehungen
● Hohe Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft/Flexibilität auch an Wochenenden zu arbeiten
● Exaktes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
● Organisationsfähigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit für Details
● Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem oder einem ähnlichen Jobprofil
● Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
