Who we are

In the last year we have quickly grown to a international team of 30 people in Switzerland and Poland.

As we continue scaling up into a global SaaS cybersecurity company, we are looking for a results-oriented, independent and pragmatic Lead Finance to support our Head of Operations.

Tasks

  • Budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and liquidity management
  • Defining and implementing Finance processes (e.g. development of our reporting and monitoring system)
  • Managing customer subscriptions and invoicing
  • Defining and measuring KPIs
  • Financial reporting to our Leadership team, Board and Investors
  • Preparing the documentation for financial statements
  • Support fundraising and preparing due diligence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • A high degree of independence and the willingness to take responsibility
  • Fast comprehension, high reliability and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
