**Das kannst du bewirken**:
- Als Coach führst du ein Team von 4 Projektleitern und du und dein Team stellen sicher, dass alle Investitionsprojekte am Standort im Sinne des Unternehmens von der Auslegung bis zur Inbetriebnahme geplant, betreut und ausgeführt werden.
- Die Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Einhaltung des Investitionsbudget in Absprache mit den Verantwortlichen gehören genauso zu deinem spannenden Tätigkeitsbereich wie die Ausarbeitung von Masterplänen und dazugehörende Aufwandschätzungen.
- Du magst die nahe Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik und R&D. Zusammen baut ihr euer industrielles und verfahrenstechnisches Know-how aus.
- Als Mitglied des Leitungsteam am Standort Dagmersellen unterstützt du uns die Prozesse und Abläufe zu vereinheitlichen und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Als kommunikative, professionelle Ansprechperson gehört die Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, Ämtern und Verbänden ebenfalls zu diesem spannenden und vielseitigen Aufgabenpaket.
**Weshalb dir das gelingt**:
- Du hast ein Studium als Lebensmittelingenieur:in ETH, als Maschinenbauingenieur:in oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Hintergrund abgeschlossen und verfügst über Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie.
- Gekonnt setzt du dein Wissen und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalführung, im Projektmanagement und in der Prozess
- und Energietechnik ein.
- Du bist eine oder ein Macher:in und verfügst über Verhandlungsgeschick mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten, strategischem Denken und Handeln.
- Wenn du bereits Kenntnisse in der Beurteilung energietechnischer Massnahmen (HLK) von Industrieprozessen hast ist dies ein Vorteil.
- Als Coach unterstützt du dein Team, hast Organisationstalent und bringst neben deiner professionellen Arbeitsweise sehr viel Kreativität und Empathie mit.
- Last but not least kommst du mit den Office-Programmen klar, beherrscht die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift und kannst dich auch in Englisch verständigen.
