**IWS Maintenance Lead (m/w/d)**

In dieser vielseitigen Position rapportierst du direkt an den IWS Cell Lead und bist mitverantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung in der Produktion durch den progressiven Unterhalt der Anlagen und systematische Fehlereliminierung. Weiter führst du die Planung der Unterhaltsarbeiten für deinen Bereich und trägst massgebend zur Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenskultur bei.

**Deine Hauptaufgaben**
- Übernahme der Funktion als technischer Leiter innerhalb der zugeteilten Zelle
- Planung und Organisation der wöchentlichen Wartungsarbeiten
- Zuständig für die systematische Eliminierung und Vorbeugung von unterhalts
- und technikbezogenen Störungen durch vertiefte technische Analysen der Maschinen
- Verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen technischen Produktionsablaufes innerhalb der Zelle sowie die Verbesserung und Steigerung der Maschinenleistungen/-effizienzen
- Leitung und Coaching der Teams bei der Lösung technischer Probleme, einschliesslich der Unterstützung bei der Festlegung von Standards und Gegenmassnahmen zur Vermeidung von Anlagenausfällen
- Unterstützung des Linienführers in der Erarbeitung von Quartalsplänen und Zielvorgaben

**Deine Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung**
- Abgeschlossene technische/mechanische Grundausbildung idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF und/oder Engineering Degree
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im industriellen Bereich sowie Kenntnis der Programme zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KAIZEN, TPM)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (insbesondere MS-Word/Excel) sowie idealerweise SAP- Erfahrung
- Macher-Mentalität, proaktive und exakte Arbeitsweise
