IWS Process Lead (m/w/d)
In this diverse role, you will report directly to the IWS Cell Lead, focusing on continuous production improvement through process analysis and solution finding. Your responsibilities include monitoring key production metrics, contributing significantly to the company's cultural development.
Your main tasks
- Generate reports, process standards, and analyses based on extensive production data to identify recurring losses and develop problem-solving strategies and standards for sustainable efficiency improvements
- Collaborate in the cultural shift towards autonomy and flat hierarchies in production
- Support and coach the team in machine issue resolution, acting as a line expert and utilizing data analysis tools
- Assist the Cell Lead in quarterly planning and goal setting
Your qualifications and experience
- Degree in technical or business studies, preferable with further education or an Engineering Degree
- Proficiency in analytical tools, data processing, and interpretation, along with 1-2 years of experience; knowledge of continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM)
- Fluency in German and English, MS-Office proficiency (especially MS-Excel/Power BI) and ideally SAP experience
- Precise work ethic, excellent communication, teamwork, and independence skills
