**Business Development Manager FR/EN/ALL**

**Tâches et responsabilités principales**:

- Contacter de manière proactive les prospects en utilisant plusieurs canaux (y compris l'appel à froid et le courrier électronique) pour établir une relation qui mènera à une opportunité de vente
- Identifier les prospects en utilisant de multiples ressources, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les salons professionnels, les annuaires professionnels, les sites Web, les médias sociaux et toutes les autres sources
- Faire des recherches sur les prospects identifiés afin de déterminer la pertinence et le meilleur contact pour établir et maintenir une conversation significative et axée sur les résultats
- Réactiver les prospects et les opportunités dormants et/ou inactifs existants
- Contacter et qualifier toutes les demandes de prospects entrants générées par les campagnes de marketing, y compris les campagnes sur les sites Web, les courriels et les médias sociaux
- Conversion des pistes en vente
- Établir un rapport avec les prospects et déterminer les opportunités potentielles, les besoins des clients, la situation concurrentielle, les objections et communiquer efficacement les caractéristiques et les avantages des solutions CIBT
- Embarquer et gérer les prospects fermés pour assurer une mise en œuvre sans heurts

**Profil**:

- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la mobilité et des voyages internationaux, avec une spécialisation dans les services d'immigration et de visa
- Expérience exceptionnelle dans la réalisation des objectifs
- Expérience préalable dans l'éducation des clients sur les avantages des produits
- Expérience du traitement des objections et de la vente de solutions
- Connaissance pratique du marketing B2B
- Sens aigu du commerce
- Excellentes connaissances de l'anglais et de l'allemand (parlé et écrit)
