Description

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Social Media Content Editor to join Procter & Gamble Beauty at our headquarters in Geneva. Your main focus will be designing, adapting, and optimizing social media creatives and digital content for all our Beauty brands. You play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, giving life to our brands in a creative and attention-grabbing way, and effectively connecting with our audience. This position requires a deep understanding and enthusiasm for content design, AI, social media trends, and digital platforms.

Collaborating with teams in Geneva and across Europe, you will ensure that our brand's online presence is engaging and accessible.

  • Social Media Content Creation: Assist in crafting and leading the adaptation of digital content, leveraging social media trends and innovative concepts to create visually striking, engaging, impactful, and accessible material.
  • Data-Driven Design Enhancements: Conduct real-time performance analysis and optimization. Utilize insights from performance and platform trends to enhance asset performance and apply learnings for future content creation.
  • Social Media Trends and Platform Expertise: Keep updated on social media trends, TikTok trends, algorithms, and platform changes, particularly in the beauty industry.
  • Insights Gathering and Transparent Analysis: Gather and share insights with the team from platform analytics to guide transparent design and platform strategies.
  • Website and Newsletter Content Design: Develop visually appealing online newsletter and website content that is user-friendly and aligns seamlessly with our brand's messaging and visual identity. Collaborate closely with the web development team to suggest and implement new designs.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in editing and designing high-quality digital content, including interactive elements.
  • Digital Design Proficiency: Mastery of editing tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Understanding of aspect ratios and content types across digital platforms.
  • Social Media Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest features, trends, and best practices for optimizing content on each specific platform.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills and the ability to use performance data for design improvements.
  • Eye for Beauty and Branding: Passion for beauty and experience in designing for beauty brands are advantageous.
  • Adaptability and Agility: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, demonstrating leadership and autonomy.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work across diverse teams.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • English Language Proficiency: Proficient in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in another EU language is a plus.
