About the RoleKey Responsibilities Include**:

  • Provide professional expertise and leadership in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of strong internal bench of top talent
  • Project manage and drive the effective delivery of the annual global talent management cycle
  • Provide the necessary training, consulting, coaching and guidance for the HR community and business leaders to foster a 'talent' mindset across the organization
  • Ensure that organizationwide talent management objectives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Build strategic working relationships at all levels of the organization and drive engagement on Talent Management related topics
  • Collect, analyze and maintain relevant data providing strategic insights to inform and drive targeted leadership development and support the wider talent agenda
  • Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning
  • Manage and continuously improve the performance management philosophy, strategy and process in close collaboration with HR operations and Reward
    About You
  • Master Degree in human resources. 10 plus years of broad HR experience with focus (5 years plus) in talent and performance management
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting organizationwide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management
  • Experience of managing end to end 'inhouse' Talent Management lifecycle and delivering impact at a global level
  • Ability to design and implement fullcycle performance management programs
  • Experience of 'best practice' performance management execution, process and tools
  • Experience of accelerated development programs and relevant assessment practices
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics to drive strategic talent decisions
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent project management, organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and inspire multiple stakeholder with a demonstrable passion for the topic
